For Fresh Students (Prospective Portal)
Log into the Prospective Portal using:
- Username: Your UTME Number
- Password: Your Surname (in lowercase)
- Complete your application form, upload your passport photograph, and submit all required documents.
- Once your admission is approved, proceed to pay your Acceptance Fee.
- After paying the Acceptance Fee, you will automatically gain access to the Student Portal where you can make other payments.

- Click on Student → Undergraduate Portal.
- Log in with the following credentials:
Freshers:
- Username: The email address you registered with
- Password: Your UTME Number
- Returning Students:
- Username: Your Matriculation Number
- Password: Your password (use your surname for your first login)
Student Profile (Important to Note)
- Ensure your name is correctly entered.
- Confirm that the degree program on your profile matches your admission letter.
- Verify that your current level is correct, especially for Direct Entry students.
Payment Procedure
- Payment Mode: ATM Cards only
- Do not use any other method to avoid unrecorded transactions.
- Go to the “Fees Payment Page” from the menu on the left.
You can:
- Pay your tuition fee in two installments, one after the other; or
- Pay the first installment now and the second installment at the beginning of the second semester.
- Note: Students who fail to complete payment will not be able to generate an examination permit.
For Outstanding Balances:
Click “Add to Cart” to clear any previous session balance before paying for the new session.
Credit Balance:
- If you have a credit balance, it will automatically apply to your current payment when you add the first installment to your cart.
- Pay only the remaining (net) balance as shown.
- You can only add one payment at a time due to a ₦500,000 maximum limit per transaction.
- Important: The total of your first and second installments must equal your total bill for the 2021/2022 session.
After a successful payment:
- Print the electronic receipt sent to your email.
- Submit it at the University Bursary Department to obtain your official receipt.
Payment Security
- All portal transactions are securely processed through Flutterwave.
- Your card details are not stored or saved on the university’s portal.
